Harrah's: Great Location and a Carnival Atmosphere!

If you haven't been to Las Vegas since around 1995, you'll notice a big change in the mid-Strip area. Remember the old riverboat theme Harrah's had up until the mid-1990s? Well, it's been replaced with European carnival theme. You can miss it as you stroll that side of The Strip. Roaming performers and small vendor kiosks are along the Carnaval Court. It's a great place to hang out and people watch on a sunny, summer afternoon. Harrah's is a happening place because of the activity and location on The Strip. The casino, is typically very active and, sometimes a little noisy. But if you need a feel of excitement during your gaming activities, Harrah's is a good spot to play. The race and sports book is also a very active place. Located at the lower part of the North Strip, Harrah's is conveniently located across from The Mirage and Treasure Island. It's also, just around the bend from The Venetian. It's neighbor to the south is the Imperial Palace. We've found Harrah's to always to be one on the most reasonably priced deals on The Strip. However, if you're looking to save even more money and not sacrifice location and convenience, you might want to check out the room rates at the Imperial Palace.
